Do we need a discovery call?
No. Send a short brief, review your demo and scope, and ask questions by email. You can move forward without a discovery call.
How do I send my project brief?
On the demo request page, enter your details and choose how to continue. If we contacted you, copy the prepared message into a reply to our original email. Otherwise, open an email addressed to jayden@xyflo.io. You review and send it yourself.
What happens after I configure a package?
Your selections and estimated totals are included in your project brief. Send the brief to us so we can confirm scope, requirements, and final pricing in writing.
Will automation replace my team?
Our work focuses on repetitive tasks and disconnected handoffs, so your team can spend more time on customers, decisions, and the work that needs their expertise.
Can you use the tools we already have?
We design around your existing tools where possible. Integration access and technical requirements are confirmed during scoping.
What is the difference between AI and automation?
Automation follows defined rules. AI can help process unstructured information or generate content. We choose the right approach for each workflow.
How long will my project take?
Timing depends on the agreed scope, integration access, and review cycles. We confirm milestones in writing before work begins.
